Job Description

• Project Planning & Scope: Define project goals, requirements, deliverables, and timelines with clients and teams.
• Team Leadership: Lead developers, designers, and QA, assigning tasks, motivating, and resolving conflicts.
• Execution & Monitoring: Drive project execution, track progress, manage changes, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary contact, providing updates and building strong relationships with clients.
• Risk & Budget Management: Identify risks, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee testing, validation, and deployment for high-quality solutions.
• Technical Oversight: Understand Magento architecture, integrations (APIs), and e-commerce best practices.

Key Skills

• Proven experience managing Magento/Adobe Commerce projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of web technologies, UX, and e-commerce systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira.
• Certification (like PMP, Agile) and a technical background are often a plus.
