Requirement

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident client-facing and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client conversations.
  • Understanding of IT services sales lifecycle.
  • High attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in IT services sales or pre-sales support.
  • Experience handling international client calls is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
